Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.  By accessing or using any parts of this site , you agree to be bound by these Terms  of Service. By visiting our site you accept all of the conditions, notices, policies, and terms stated.  By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to our terms and conditions. Nor may you,  while using this site violate any laws in your jurisdiction  (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not upload anything to this site and are not authorized to do so.  Violating this will result in immediate termination of your services and any/all worms, viruses, content of a damaging nature of the website will be reported immediately to the proper authorities. It is understood that your content (if provided) and NOT INCLUDING credit card information is sometimes transmitted through unencrypted networks.  You must make provisions with your electronic device to further ensure that your content (if provided) also remains safe.  We reserve the right to change/modify or discontinue services and/or goods without notice and will not be liable for such changes.

We will make every attempt to accurately display our goods for purchase on our end and cannot be responsible for what you view from your end.  We reserve the right to determine the amount of products you can purchase to include location and who we sell to.  We make no guarantee that the product you purchase will, information provided, nor the materials will meet your expectations. Should it be determined that any of these Term provisions be unlawful, void, unenforceable, then such shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.

Prohibited Uses

Including all other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using this site or any of it's contents, logos, etc., for:  (1) any unlawful purposes; (2) unlawful solicitation and misrepresentation of S.H.E. goods and services; (3) violation of any laws to include but not limited to city, state, federal, and international; (4) to insult, abuse, harass, slander, defame, or intimidate anyone on the basis of race,  creed,  color, religion, sexual identity, national origin, or disability status; (5) uploading and/or transmitting any viruses, malware, trojan horses etc that will damage and/or interfere with the site functionality and all other websites connected to or working in conjunction with S.H.E.; (6) submitting false, misleading, obscene, derogatory, information through malicious acts such as but not limited to (phishing, scamming, spamming, spider and any other acts used to circumvent S.H.E. website with the intention to steal information from customer accounts).  As a result of these instances and all others, we reserve the right to terminate your service and/or usage to our site at any time without notice for violating prohibited uses.

Termination of Services

The Terms of Service shall remain effective and active until terminated by "Us" or "You", by notifying us that you no longer are interested in services and you cease using our site.  If it is suspected and/or proven that you have failed to comply with any/all Terms/Provisions of the Terms of Service all agreements will be terminated effective immediately , and can be done so without notice.  You will still be held liable for all amounts due for services received and/or goods purchased and if services are sought again or the desire to purchase goods- S.H.E. reserves the right to refuse.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all agreements of services rendered and/or goods purchased by S.H.E., LLC shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
