A better life does not come to you; you have to go get it because you deserve it!
Beth A. McRavion – S.H.E. LLC (CEO/Founder)
Motivating, encouraging, and empowering people to live to their fullest potential has been my passion for years. Whether through trauma-informed counseling, motivational speaking, mentoring, or life coaching, my mission is to help individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and overcome fears so they can take the necessary action to create the lives they truly desire.
At S.H.E. LLC, I engage clients, adolescents, adults, and veterans in a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment. Here, you can discover your truest self, tap into your fullest potential, and manifest the life of your dreams—because you deserve it. As an experienced mental health counselor in Philadelphia, my approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based strategies, and practical steps that support emotional healing, resilience, and personal growth.
My own journey has shaped my practice. I spent years writing poetry, short stories, and journaling as a way to heal from childhood abuse, domestic violence, and military sexual trauma. The traumatic loss of my mother revealed the harsh realities of the world and how adversity can threaten to steal your joy, your spirit, and your sense of self. There were times when I believed I would never smile again or see beauty in life. Yet, through reading, self-reflection, and motivational messages, I coached myself through the process of healing, rebuilding, and pursuing my dreams.
This transformative journey reignited my passion to help others overcome life’s challenges. In 2022, I founded S.H.E. LLC, with the belief that the two Cs, coaching and counseling, are essential to overcoming adversity and advancing in life.
I hold degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Temple University and Walden University. As a Licensed Behavioral Specialist, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, Certified Trauma Professional, Certified Anxiety Informed Professional, Certified Phlebotomist, Certified Community Health Worker, and Certified Life Coach and Linguistics Professional, I bring over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I am honored to serve on two Executive Boards and one Federal Advisory Group, and I am a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. My work as a published poet and writer further deepens my commitment to helping others find their voice and their path forward.
If you are seeking trauma-informed care, grief counseling, relationship support, or life coaching delivered with compassion, confidentiality, and evidence-based expertise, I invite you to take the first step toward a better life. Together, we can build resilience, restore hope, and empower you to achieve meaningful growth because you truly deserve it.
