By visiting our site you accept all of the conditions, notices, policies, and terms stated.  By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to our terms and conditions.  "Terms of Service" and/or "Terms",  to include any and all additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink shall apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who can be classified as vendors, customers, merchants, and or contributors.

        Any and all new features or tools which are added  will be covered by and subjected to the Terms of Service.  S.H.E., LLC reserves the right to update, change, or replace the Terms of Service (in part or whole), by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Purchasing Terms

You agree that you are you or your representatives are of legal age in  your state of residence to use this site.  You may not use our logos or any products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.  Nor may you,  while using this site violate any laws in your jurisdiction  (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not upload anything to this site and are not authorized to do so.  Violating this will result in immediate termination of your services and any/all worms, viruses, content of a damaging nature of the website will be reported immediately to the proper authorities. It is understood that your content (if provided) and NOT INCLUDING credit card information is sometimes transmitted through unencrypted networks.  You must make provisions with your electronic device to further ensure that your content (if provided) also remains safe.  We reserve the right to change/modify or discontinue services and/or goods without notice and will not be liable for such changes.

We will make every attempt to accurately display our goods for purchase on our end and cannot be responsible for what you view from your end.  We reserve the right to determine the amount of products you can purchase to include location and who we sell to.  We make no guarantee that the product you purchase will, information provided, nor the materials will meet your expectations.  We will do our best to provide as much detail  about products as possible for you to make  an informed decision before you purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse your purchase order for any reason and may limit or cancel orders at our discretion.  If we make the decision to cancel an order, every attempt will be made to notify you at the information you provide (phone number, email address etc) when you placed your order.  Orders for large quantities will be checked to ensure the individual(s)/account holders are not distributors, resellers, or dealers. S.H.E. and all representatives may modify content on this site at any time and any/all information is for informational purposes only.  At times the site may have grammatical and/or typographical errors, inaccurate information that is not intentional.  We do not guarantee that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.  We do not guarantee results obtained from the use of our services.  You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk.  Services and goods provided and made available through our services (except when expressly stated in mutual agreement between us and you) are provided "as-is" and "as available" for your use without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied.  Furthermore, in no case shall any representatives, merchants, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers of S.H.E., LLC be held liable for any injuries, losses, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.  As such you agree to idemnify, defend and hold harmless S.H.E., LLC and all partners, contractors, affiliates etc from any claim or demand, not limited to attorney fees resulting from your breach and/or misuse of these Terms of Service or your violation of any state governing laws.  Should it be determined that any of these Term provisions be unlawful, void, unenforceable, then such shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.

Prohibited Uses

Including all other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using this site or any of it's contents, logos, etc., for:  (1) any unlawful purposes; (2) unlawful solicitation and misrepresentation of S.H.E. goods and services; (3) violation of any laws to include but not limited to city, state, federal, and international; (4) to insult, abuse, harass, slander, defame, or intimidate anyone on the basis of race,  creed,  color, religion, sexual identity, national origin, or disability status; (5) uploading and/or transmitting any viruses, malware, trojan horses etc that will damage and/or interfere with the site functionality and all other websites connected to or working in conjunction with S.H.E.; (6) submitting false, misleading, obscene, derogatory, information through malicious acts such as but not limited to (phishing, scamming, spamming, spider and any other acts used to circumvent S.H.E. website with the intention to steal information from customer accounts).  As a result of these instances and all others, we reserve the right to terminate your service and/or usage to our site at any time without notice for violating prohibited uses.

Termination of Services

The Terms of Service shall remain effective and active until terminated by "Us" or "You", by notifying us that you no longer are interested in services and you cease using our site.  If it is suspected and/or proven that you have failed to comply with any/all Terms/Provisions of the Terms of Service all agreements will be terminated effective immediately , and can be done so without notice.  You will still be held liable for all amounts due for services received and/or goods purchased and if services are sought again or the desire to purchase goods- S.H.E. reserves the right to refuse.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all agreements of services rendered and/or goods purchased by S.H.E., LLC shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
